About the Author
Native Texan C. J. Daugherty worked as an award-winning journalist in New Orleans before indulging her wanderlust and moving abroad. As a reporter, she often covered crime, and the things she saw never left her. She always hoped that her knowledge of murder and criminal motives would come in handy someday. And fiction seemed a much better place for it than reality. night school is her first novel and the first in a series.

C.J. writes in her home in the south of England, where she lives with her husband and a small menagerie of pets.
