Dodge is the author of nine cookbooks, including "Mini Treats & Hand-Held Sweets, " "Desserts 4 Today, "and "The Weekend Baker "an IACP Cookbook Award Finalist. Her recipes and articles have appeared in seven dozen cookbooks, publications, blogs, and websites.
