About the Author
Karen Kansas Dwyer graduated from the University of Nebraska with a B.S. in home economics and a master's degree in communication. She has taught junior and senior high school home economics for eight years, and has worked as a microwave specialist and instructor for Sharp Microwave Ovens and as a home economist for Litton Microwave Ovens. Currently, she gives microwave presentations for community organizations and television, and teaches public speaking at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Her other books include "Easy Livin' Microwave Cooking "and "Easy Livin' Microwave Cooking for the Holidays."
