About the Author

Carole Morris, a mother of two adult children and a human resource executive for over twenty years, couldn't help but notice how unprepared many young adults are when it comes time to consider college and career. It occurred to her that if along the way to growing up, kids would pay attention to what brings them joy, what comes naturally to them, and where their interest is naturally drawn, they might approach career with a bit more enthusiasm and clarity.
