Amy Axelrod and Jack E. Davis teamed up as author and illustrator on the first book about Max and his family, "My Last Chance Brother," which Booklist called "kooky" and "comical." Amy Axelrod is the author of the popular "Pigs Will Be Pigs" series.
Jack E. Davis has illustrated many other picture books, including "Marsupial Sue," by John Lithgow.

SHARON MCGINLEY-NALLY has illustrated all of the books in the Pigs Will Be Pigs math series. She lives in Gibraltar, Pennsylvania.
