About the Author
Businessman, entrepreneur, and community leader. Kevin opened his first Poquito Mas restaurant in 1984. That first small restaurant has grown into a $15 million a year business with twelve locations in the Los Angeles area, serving nearly 4,000 customers every day. He severs on the board of directors of the California State Compensation Insurance Fund, the California Restaurant Association, the Burbank Arts in Education Foundation, the Boys and Girls Club of Burbank, and the Universal City-North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.
