About the Author
Kate DiCamillo is the acclaimed author of many books for young readers, including The Tale of Despereaux, winner of the Newbery Medal; Because of Winn-Dixie, a Newbery Honor Book; and The Tiger Rising, a National Book Award finalist. She lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Graeme Malcolm's theater credits include the Broadway production of Aida and the Lincoln Center productions of Hapgood and Death of the King's Horseman as well as the national tour of M. Butterfly. He has appeared on television in Law & Order and on British television with Laurence Olivier in Mr. Halpern and Mr. Johnson.
