About the Author
Roger Connors and Tom Smith are cofounders of Partners in Leadership, an international management consulting firm with hundreds of clients in almost all major industries. They are also the coauthors of "Journey to the Emerald City", a sequel to "The Oz Principle". Craig R. Hickman is coauthor of the international bestseller "Creating Excellence" and author of "Mind of a Manager" and other business books.

Dr Tom Smith spent years in general practice and medical research before becoming a full-time writer on medical problems. He is the author of many other books including Living with Angina (1996) and Heart Attacks: Prevent and Survive (1995).

CRAIG HICKMAN is the author or coauthor of a dozen books, including Mind of a Manager, Soul of a Leader (Wiley); The Strategy Game; The Oz Principle; and Creating Excellence. He founded the Management Perspectives Group, whose clients included some of the largest domestic and international companies. Currently, he is a partner with Provation, Consultants to Leadership on Organizational Innovation. He earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
