Meet Wiley, a little boy, and Jasper, Grandpa's dog. They live next door to one another, and they both pretend to be big and brave. But that's where their similarities end. The truth is that Wiley doesn't really like dogs, and he especially doesn't like Jasper. And Jasper doesn't care for kids a great deal, either.
