About the Author
Stacy A. Cordery is an associate professor of History at Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois, where she has twice won the College's only teaching award. She has published widely on the Roosevelts and is completing a biography of Alice Roosevelt Longworth. Cordery is the bibliographer for the National First Ladies' Library and book review editor for H-Women.
