Description

A provacative debut that masterfully fuses issues of culture, race, sexuality, and family.

About the Author
Kimberly is a first-time author who was inspired to pen her first memoir after the difficult death of her first husband at the age of 39, also helping their three small kids survive the ordeal. Growing up as a scientist, writing was never a passion until a therapeutic need struck her heart and gave her motivation to help others by telling her story - of loss and then finding love and life at the end of the tunnel, which paved the way for her "new normal." Kimberly is now happily married again, and enjoys spending time with her loving husband Joe, and their combined family of 5 kids, outside of Providence, RI. She also enjoys philosophy, spirituality, and quantum physics as reading and discussion interests on the side. She is planning additional books on the topic of life - one to be co-written with her children, from their perspective, and another that will take the form of a biography of her first husband's path in life - perhaps a symbolic prequel to Life at the End of the Tunnel.
