About the Author

Chris Wiesinger pursued a horticulture education at Texas A&M University. He is known as The Bulb Hunter, for his relentless pursuit of heirloom bulbs and his desire to understand their history. Coauthor Cherie Colburn is a Texas Master Gardner, an award-winning landscape business owner, and author of Our Shadow Garden, illustrated by the children of M. D. Anderson’s Children’s Art Project.
