Welcome to Atlanta Vintage Books, serving book lovers locally and worldwide for over 20 years. We're an independent, neighborhood bookstore in the city of Chamblee, one of Atlanta's most ethnically diverse and vibrant communities. Our 5,000 square foot bookstore houses over 70,000 vintage, rare and used books.

Our staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Inside, our store is light and airy with plate glass windows letting in plenty of natural light and wonderfully decorated with antique display cases, old barrister bookcases, and wood bookshelves. The nooks and crannies and cozy seating make browsing a joy. You'll wonder where the time went!

Subject specialties include, but are not limited to, Signed First Editions and hard-to-find titles in Art, Architecture, and Photography; Children's Books; Military History, the American Civil War; Southern History; Southern Authors; Aviation and Railroads; Travel; Religion and Esoteric Studies.

Our collection of rare and out-of-print Children's Books is one of the largest in the Southeast, while our Literature collection is well represented with editions by Modern Library, Easton Press and Franklin Library. We also collect and sell ephemera, and host one of the most eclectic private collections of Mary Corita Kent serigraphs, 1970s Polish Poster Art, Pacific Northwest Native American prints and 19th century African beads. There's no telling what treasures you might find!

So, without further ado, we invite you to awaken your curiosity, open your imagination and reignite your love of the written word...at Atlanta Vintage Books!
