Great used book store
I visited Jackson Street Books last weekend. Folks were super helpful and I scored an obscure volume of Lawrence Durrell's poetry. Even my kids found things to amuse them. I look forward to future visits.

My sister and I drove down to
My sister and I drove down to meet some friends and she stopped in, i could tell she was overly excited about all the books in the store and picked out some poetry books as well. She's been in plays and won some awards after graduating for her pieces. She works in NYC now but used to be an auto insurance agent.
What a used book store should be
Jackson Street Books is the epitome of the used book store. Organized into broad categories and handsomely shelved are thousands of hardbacks and paperbacks in every genre and covering every topic. No day in downtown Athens is complete without a stop at Jackson Street Books. Happy browsing!
