Responsive Customer Service & Great Selection
I wanted to know what kind of blender selection they had, so I used the "Request Info" function on their website (http://www.koontz.com/Request_Info.nxg). They responded the next day! I made a special trip and found, as promised, at least three price levels. Their employees helped me find the perfect one, and I couldn't be more satisfied.
