Oliver's is a small meat shop that offers meat that hasn't been shrink wrapped. The staff is wonderfully accomodating. They have chopped up fryer chickens for me more than once as my knives aren't up to the task, and have removed thighs from chickens for me when I needed just thighs. I love this place and try to buy as much of my meat as possible from them.
