By far the most remarkable book store in the entire Northeastern US.

As a part time resident of the British Isles, I demand a great deal from a Book Store and Red Fox Books delivers it. I can think of no better place to spend a few hours browsing, to find that absolutely perfect gift for the friend who has everything, to venture out of your comfort zone into something new, to engage in an intelligent discussion with owners Susan and Naftali, than at Red Fox Books. Since both Susan and Naftali are great readers, writers and English teachers they know books, films (Naftali is like a walking encyclopedia of film, just try him with a question) and how to help you find exactly what you need. I would even go so far as to say that you should consider going to Glens Falls just to visit Red Fox Books. Beyond that it is a wonderful small town with other great amenities though.

For the good life, I recommend reading and buying your books from Red Fox Books.
