Hole-in-the-wall place in a dying strip-mall that has really tasty cheesesteak sandwiches. You can select the cheeses, whether you want mushrooms, peppers, etc. The meat is cooked while you wait and the cheese/etc. you select is added. No pre-made tubs of cheesemeat here. It's an oh so tasty bit of heart attack waiting to happen. I sprinkle an extra bit of salt on the sandwich for that extra zing.
