I love Rivers End

Rivers End book store is located on West Bridge Street in Oswego, NY. They carry most of the novels required for English Lit and EWA courses at SUNY Oswego. They have a good selection of each genre as well as a fantastic reading nook for children. Rivers End serves coffee from the Coffee Connection. They have a magazine section and offer a myriad of local interest books and local history books. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Staff recommendations are always informative. The often get great authors to do readings and offer a weekly story time. The store is very supportive of local artists, writers, and local businesses. All in all Rivers End is a fantastic store. It's one place in NY that I truly miss.

[Ask about their frequent buyer program. I believe you still can get $5 or $10 off for every $100 you spend.]
