The Variety Playhouse, one of the premier live-music venues in the Southeast, operated by world-class promoter Steve Harris, is a combination theater and nightclub. Their seating features a mixture of theater-style seats, tables and chairs and dancing and standing areas. Their capacity varies depending on the seating configuration. All of Their shows are general admission. For many of the shows, there is limited seating along with standing areas. The Playhouse, a former theater in Atlanta's bustling Little Five Points district, has presented huge, national performers - and also presents shows at many of Atlanta's biggest and finest venues, including the fabulous Fox Theater, the Earl and more.
