I'm currently the buyer at Maria's Bookshop in bitchin' Durango, Colorado, and a freelance book reviewer (seriously) for a weekly indie rag, The Durango Telegraph.

In my years as a wage slave I've been a lifeguard, swim lesson instructor for 3-5 year olds, theater lighting tech, fruit smoothie technician, coal miner, table busser, hot tub salesman, hot tub delivery guy (yeah, they're heavy), church janitor, forklift jockey, landscaper, the guy that lines softball fields..whatever that's called, fly fishing guide, shipper for a warehouse that sold novelty joke items (I used to ship fake dog poop by the gross), tree planter, fence builder, ranch hand, roofer... maybe some other stuff I blocked out.

I wanna be a writer, but I lack both direction and the ability to self-motivate, but I'm relatively young, so maybe there's time.

My dream is to someday own Crete.
