About the Author
Kate McGuinness joined a major international law firm following graduation from law school. In seven years, she became one of only a handful of female partners. After spending ten years as a partner, she was recruited by a Fortune 500 company to serve as its General Counsel. Today she is a full-time writer who advocates for women's rights.
