About the Author

Born in Nottingham, England, Scott Perry moved to the United States with his family as a child. He grew up near Pittsburgh, Pa completing a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. After college Scott worked for a few years doing various types of research until he left the sciences to start a business painting toy soldiers. For a few years he had some adventures working in the field of human organ procurement before returning to his true love, history and wargaming. He own Uprising Miniatures based on the Kosciuszko Uprising of 1794. He spent two years running Bushy Run Battlefield before returning to full time painting. He lives in Western Pennsylvania still cursing both the snow and the extreme heat.
