About the Author

MARY TREGELLAS acquired a garden with a prolific greengage plum tree some twelve years ago, since then she has been quietly honing her preserving skills in her small kitchen in southwest London. She produces artisan-made preserves for friends and family (and other loyal customers), and sells her produce at local fairs.
