About the Author

Harry Papas is a registered dietitian and founder of the internationally acclaimed Health and Diet Centre in Athens, Greece. He is the author of "Slimmer, " the international bestselling diet and health book.

At the age of 19, and at 280 pounds, Papas decided it was crucial to find a solution to his weight problem.
