Praise For Ultimate Dining Hall Hacks: Create Extraordinary Dishes from the Ordinary Ingredients in Your College Meal Plan

"And as much as this book might help see a kid through a few years of cafeteria food, it might also teach them how to be a little creative and, dare I say, resourceful in the kitchen once they’re on their own."
