Jan Yager, PhD, is an author, sociologist, criminologist, business consultant, adjunct college professor, and entrepreneur. She is the author of more than fifty award-winning books, which have been translated into thirty-five languages, including Business Protocol, Grow Global, Productive Relationships, Making Your Office Work for You, Who’s That Sitting at My Desk?, When Friendship Hurts, and Work Less, Do More.
