About the Author
Johnny Di Francesco started to formally train with Versace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) in the art of Neapolitan pizza and in the process discovered more about his own heritage.
This training gave him the confidence to start entering into pizza making competitions. In early 2014 Johnny competed in The World Pizza Championship in Parma and won!
Johnny Di Francesco was named the maker of the best pizza in the world for his now famous Margherita Pizza.
