Riga Forbes is an artist, doula, teacher, therapist, creator of ‘Birth Vision’ courses and author of Mindful Pregnancy and Birth and Mindful Thoughts for Mothers. She has a passion for wellbeing and healing in the field of motherhood and perinatal care. Riga has also studied and deepened her practice of meditation and movement for nearly 25 years, and is mother of two children born at home.
