About the Author

Pamela Fuller’s work has always been tied to issues of inclusion with an emphasis on exploring the impacts of bias. For more than fifteen years, Pamela has worked in both the public and private sector supporting clients and solving complex problems. She currently serves as FranklinCovey’s Thought Leader, Inclusion and Bias, as well as a Global Client Partner responsible for supporting some of the organization’s most strategic accounts. She is a highly sought-after consultant, speaker and strategist, having addressed leaders across the world including the United Nations, the US federal government, and Fortune 500 companies.

Mark Murphy has been a consultant with FranklinCovey for twenty-seven years. He speaks Spanish fluently and has facilitated content in South Texas, Mexico, Argentina, and Puerto Rico. Mark holds a BS in marketing and a Master’s in organizational behavior/industrial psychology, both from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the Sigma Delta Pi honor society, a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society, and coauthored a white paper called “Project Diversity: Disaster or Dynamic” for the PMI Project Management Institute.
