About the Author
Being a cooking specialist, Fumiyo Kawakami organizes her own cooking school "Delice de Cuilleres." After graduating from a prestigious cooking school, TSUJI Culinary Institute, she taught classes there for 12 years while developing many professionals not only at TSUJI group schools all over the world but also the 3-star restaurant, Georges Blanc, in France.
