Author's Biography Ian A. O'Connor is a retired USAF colonel who has held several senior leadership positions in the field of national security management. His expertise in countering nuclear, biological and chemical warfare threats from those who wish us harm helps convey that special sense of reality and urgency in his latest page-turning international thriller, The Barbarossa Covenant.
