Book Signing at Inkwood
Inkwood Books in Tampa Florida invited me to give a free talk and book signing on March 26, 2009. They rearranged the movable shelving and set up 30 chairs to create a roomy discussion space. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by a huge stack of my books on top of the counter and all the shelves below the counter packed with copies of Writing Down Your Soul. It was all I could do to keep from crying. They welcomed everyone who walked in the door warmly and escorted them to the back room where I was speaking, When we exceeded the chairs, they brought more. At the end of a totally delightful evening, I received the unexpected surprise of a gift certificate--which I immediately spent on David Whyte's new book! I can't say enough good things about Inkwood Books. Be sure and call Carla or Leslie and set up an event for your book!
