A destination bookstore

The Learned Owl is a treat every time you have the good fortune to visit. Located on the beautiful and historic Main street corridor of Hudson, OH, it's setting alone invites you in.

Inside is what bookstores are meant to be, warm and welcoming, charming with a sense of history. The selection is extensive and compelling, with displays that entice you to linger and look. It's a very hard store to visit if you are rushed for time as minutes quickly slip by while you peruse the new releases, get lost in a cookbook or get dazzled by the children's section (my personal favorite). Ordering an out of stock book is a breeze and more than once I have spotted some great titles that sat on the "for pick-up" shelves behind the register.

The staff is always friendly and wanting to find you just the right book, their knowledge is extensive and informative.

I'm certain that after one visit, you will become a "regular".
