I find it very difficult to see the value of a bookstore, or any business, especially one which is 'Brick & Mortar', that in this day and age can't be bothered to have a website.

Seriously, what is the point of portending to be a business owner / manager, if you pro-actively choose to completely disregard the most valuable marketing tool there is.

Add to that, the fact that it is a serious show if disrespect to all of a businesses current and potential customers, when a book-seller chooses to not use the internet to connect and communicate with readers / bibliophiles in the greater community.

So - since you do not respect us, and are so obviously making the statement that you do not value our potential patronage, I see absolutely no reason why I should be bothered to recommend you or your company to anyone. In fact, if asked, about your business, I will chose to state my dislike, due to your business management choices.
